Candle Care

Follow the following guidelines to get the most out of your candles!

  • Make sure that your wick is always trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn
  • Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time
  • Put lid under candle to ensure no heat transfer to any surfaces
  • Never leave a candle unattended or near flammable materials
  • Keep out of reach of children and animals
  • Keep candle free of debris at all times (wick clippings, etc.)
  • When lighting a wood wick, light the entire wick to get an even burn
  • When burning your soy candle, make sure you burn until the melt pool reaches the edges of the jar.  Soy has memory, and if you do not burn to the edges the candle can tend to tunnel.
