Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 3 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
- The item must not be used.
- The item must be returned with its original receipt
Additional conditions:
- All sales are final. I will not be accepting returns and/or exchanges for any reason other than damaged goods. If you have received damaged goods and/or the wrong product please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the product. If product is damaged, send me your order number and I will submit a claim for you. If you receive the wrong product, I will replace it with the correct product free of charge to you. In either case please send me photos of your product upon arrival. I will not replace missing or stolen packages.
If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and refund.
In case of approved return, Operator will pay shipping by providing a shipping label refunding the additional cost of the shipping to Customer.
Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly priced items.
Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.
Customers must contact Operator prior to the start of the refund and return process.
